This Privacy Policy explains what information the service collects, how it is used, when it may be shared, how long it may be kept, and how you can control, publish, hide, correct, or delete your profile.
The service helps professionals create pages that are easier for AI systems, search systems, recruiters, partners, investors, and other people to read and understand. It may also provide profile improvement advice, monitoring, AI visibility checks, statistics, comparison tools, confirmations, and paid services.
The service is built around user control. You can review and edit your profile before publication and can publish, hide, unpublish, or delete it yourself.
The service may collect information you provide directly, information from public professional sources, information received from providers that help operate the service, information created inside the product, and technical information from your use of the product.
This may include name, email address, login data, profile links, work history, job titles, companies, education, skills, projects, achievements, role goals, profile text, sources, edits, invitations, confirmations, subscription status, payment status, support messages, activity logs, device data, browser data, IP address, cookies, and similar technical data.
If you choose to connect your Google contacts, the service also collects the contact information described in the "Google Account Data and Google Contacts" section below.
The service may collect or process professional information that is publicly available through professional pages, company websites, articles, podcasts, interviews, public directories, project pages, search results, and other online sources.
For public-source collection, the service is designed to use information that is available without logging into an external account, using a password or authentication cookie, or bypassing technical access restrictions.
The service may use your name, email address, or profile links as search inputs to identify likely public professional profiles associated with you. This does not mean that every search uses all of these inputs. Your email address is not included in your public profile unless you separately choose to publish it.
The service may show you a likely profile or page and ask you to confirm whether it belongs to you before using it to create your draft profile. A possible match is not treated as confirmed until you approve it.
Public information can be incomplete, outdated, incorrectly attributed, or wrong. You can edit, hide, dispute, remove, or delete information inside the product where the feature is available.
The service uses public sources to identify and organize professional facts. It is not designed to access private or restricted portions of external platforms or to bypass authentication, access controls, CAPTCHA, or similar technical restrictions.
For public-source collection, the service does not request or use your external-platform password, authentication cookie, or active session credentials to retrieve information.
The service does not claim ownership of external websites, interfaces, logos, trademarks, page designs, or third-party materials. It generally uses professional facts and source references rather than reproducing substantial portions of third-party text, posts, recommendations, photographs, page layouts, or other expressive content.
Your confirmation that a public profile belongs to you allows the service to use that profile as a source for your draft. It does not by itself grant permission to copy content owned by another person, an external platform, or another rights holder.
The service may use providers to retrieve, process, enrich, verify, host, analyze, deliver, secure, or store information.
These providers may receive the information reasonably necessary to perform the requested function. Depending on the feature, this may include search inputs such as your name, email address, or profile links.
External providers operate their own services and may have their own terms, systems, security practices, and privacy policies. Humandex remains responsible for its own collection, disclosure, and instructions to providers to the extent required by applicable law.
The service does not control original websites, external platforms, public sources, external databases, search engines, AI systems, or other outside systems.
The service may take steps to verify that a user is connected to the identity, email address, public page, handle, profile, or professional information they are trying to use.
Verification and profile matching may use internal algorithms, public signals, account activity, email checks, profile links, manual review, technical data, providers that help operate the service, or a combination of these methods.
When the service identifies a likely public professional profile, it may ask you to confirm whether the profile belongs to you. Your confirmation helps reduce incorrect attribution, impersonation, spam, fake profiles, abuse, and account misuse.
Verification or user confirmation does not guarantee that every fact in a profile is correct.
The service may create or store information based on your profile, public sources, selections, and product activity.
This may include draft profile text, AI-readable profile sections, summaries, rewritten blocks, improvement suggestions, source labels, user-confirmed labels, confidence labels, baseline checks, visibility checks, comparison results, profile statistics, bot and AI read statistics, weekly reports, activity logs, and saved history.
This information is used to provide the product and improve your profile experience.
The service may use AI tools to summarize, rewrite, classify, organize, compare, or explain professional information.
AI output may be useful, but it may also be incomplete or wrong. You should review AI-generated text before publishing or relying on it.
The service may distinguish between information supported by a public source, information confirmed by you, information confirmed by another person, and text generated or interpreted by AI.
Your approval authorizes publication of the selected information but does not independently prove that the information is objectively accurate.
Information may be used to:
Your profile is not intended to become public until you choose to publish it.
Before publication, the service provides a draft or review experience where you can inspect, edit, hide, remove, or dispute information.
When you choose to publish, you authorize Humandex to display the selected version of your profile according to your settings. You also confirm that you have reviewed the profile, that any matched profile you approved belongs to you, and that you understand the published information may be visible to other people, search engines, crawlers, bots, AI systems, and other online tools.
Your publication choice is an important part of the service's user-controlled model. It does not eliminate responsibilities that Humandex may have under applicable law for its own processing, security, product design, or conduct.
You can hide, unpublish, or delete your profile.
The service cannot control screenshots, search engine caches, archives, AI systems, third-party copies, or original sources outside the product.
The service may offer paid subscriptions.
Paid features may include profile improvement tools, full editing, full statistics, AI visibility monitoring, weekly reports, market comparison, saved history, alerts, and a combined plan.
Payments may be handled by a payment provider.
The service may receive limited payment-related information, such as plan type, subscription status, payment status, billing email, transaction ID, invoice information, and refund status.
Full payment card numbers are not stored by the service unless clearly stated.
If you invite someone to confirm a professional relationship or achievement, the service may process that person's name, email address, relationship type, invitation message, invitation status, confirmation status, and opt-out status.
If someone confirms information about you, that confirmation may be connected to your profile according to the product settings.
People who receive invitations can request not to be contacted again.
Sign in with Google. If you sign in with Google, the service receives your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. They are used to create and secure your account, as described in this Policy.
Google contacts. The service can help you find former colleagues who could confirm the roles on your profile. This happens only if you choose to do so: you tick a consent box and click "Connect Google contacts", and Google then asks you to grant read-only access. With your permission, the service reads the following from your Google account:
contacts.readonly); andcontacts.other.readonly).From these lists the service reads only names, email addresses, organization (employer) names, and the time Google last updated each entry. It does not read the content of your emails, your calendar, your files, or any other Google data, and it cannot change or delete anything in your Google account.
How it is used. The contacts are matched against the employers, startups, and projects listed on your own profile, using email domains, organization names, and names, and the service shows you a list of likely colleagues. You choose who to invite. The service sends an invitation to confirm only to the people you select, with your approval; nobody else in your contacts is contacted. Contact data is used only to provide this feature to you.
Storage. The imported contacts and your selections are stored with your account so you can come back to the list without reconnecting. The Google access token is used once, at the moment you connect, and is not stored.

When you delete your profile, it is removed from public access and related profile data begins to be deleted from active systems.
Some limited information may remain for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute handling, support, legal reasons, backups, or compliance.
Deleting a profile from the service does not delete the same information from original websites, search engines, AI systems, screenshots, archives, or third-party copies outside the service.
If information in your profile is wrong, outdated, incomplete, incorrectly attributed, or not about you, you can edit it, hide it, remove it, or dispute it where available.
Disputed information may be hidden while it is reviewed.
The service may send account messages, profile updates, invitations, security notices, payment messages, product messages, and reports included in paid services.
Marketing emails may be sent where allowed.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails. If you ask not to be contacted, your email may be kept on a suppression list so the service can honor that request.
